Tender chunks of beef, marinated in a tasty achiote-chili & garlic sauce. Braised in a slightly spicy chili sauce until tender.
Tender chunks of pork loin and potatoes slowly braised in a zesty green sauce made of tomatillo, spinach and green onions.
