Green filled with carnitas, White made with or chipotle cream sauce and chicken filling and the red made with fire roasted tomatoes and guajillo filled with barbacoa. Topped with fresh micro cilantro from chinampas farm, red pickled onions and pomegranate seeds for holiday cheer! Served with rice and black beans. Vegetarian options are : Gray Squash and corn filling, Spinach and grilled eggplant, roasted pepper.
