Seafood Enchiladas

Three corn tortillas stuffed with chihuahua cheese, blue crab bay scallops, bay shrimp and pico de gallo. Topped with three sauces: green poblano, cream chipotle and zesty guajillo -tomato. Served with rice and garnished with micro cilantro, chile de arbol and red jalapeno. Served with rice.
